CardSpark is currently a private alpha product. Features, availability, and behavior may change without notice.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardSpark and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, and not to use it for unlawful activity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the alpha at any time, including for misuse or operational reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
